Known as Ceci to Nancy and other long-time friends, her heartwarming laughter and curiosity are a source of inspiration. The Cecily’s simplistic, sleek pleating contrasts against complex, plush quilting for a look and feel that’s rich with personality. A slim, double chain strap tucks neatly as an option for carrying this versatile, structured clutch.

Made with pride in the USA from luxurious, lightweight Italian lambskin and other fine leathers, JAMAH Classic + Couture and Weekenders are lined with buttery-soft suede. JAMAH Messengers and Accessories are lined with a luscious, durable alternative leather. All JAMAH bags are appointed with deluxe hardware.

Ostrich

Characterized by its distinctive textural bumps known as “quills,” ostrich skin is incredibly durable and gives any bag a truly unique look. With its origins spread throughout South Africa, Algeria, Argentina and the United States and renowned for its durability, ostrich skin is rapidly becoming a new favorite exotic in luxury products. Limited pieces of Ostrich skin contain ample quills to create an entire bag; therefore, particular care and craftsmanship are required in constructing a fully-quilled, industry-standard Ostrich bag. Alligator

Indigenous only to the Southeastern United States, American alligator skin is a much sought-after darling of luxury product designers. Part of the Crocodillian family, the American alligator is protected by US laws and CITES agreements. Alligator’s unique combination of ruggedness and renement lends its application to a range of products. JAMAH’s alligator skins are of the highest grade, free of blemishes and scarring and cut meticulously to complement the form of each individual bag. Caiman Crocodile

In recent years, the use of Caiman crocodile skins has been popularized due to innovations in tanning. Prior, the pits and spots in Caiman skin tiles made them reluctant to accept dye in the tanning process. JAMAH’s Caiman is legally sourced in Colombia and harvested from first-grade tanneries. When properly handled, Caiman skins arrive blemish-free and make a nearly indistinguishable alternative to the pricier premium grade Crocodile skin. Crocodile

Hailing from the Pacific Islands, Africa and Australia and long considered “nature’s most beautiful leather,” crocodile is one of the favorite and perennial exotic skin choices of luxury designers. JAMAH uses top-quality Fresh Water Crocodile leather, always harvested from premium suppliers. Crocodile skins come in grades on a scale of 1 to 6 denoting different species. Each species offered by JAMAH is legal, upholding CITES and Fish and Wildlife clearance. The elegant, rich look of crocodile infuses any bag with a timeless, undeniably luxurious quality. Eel

The seductive quality of eel skin is due to its silky texture and subtle gradients in color. A bi-product of the fishing industry, eel has become increasingly popular in European high fashion. Durable yet lightweight, elegant and distinctly unique, eel takes any bag from statement piece to showstopper. Stingray

Of all exotic leathers, stingray is often the most underrated. It is highly durable (25 times more durable than cowhide leathers) and has a unique supple texture. This leather is one of the most durable skins and is widely available. It can be textured to be bumpy or flat and painted in any color in a large number of possibilities. Under no threat of extinction, this fish provides a useful protein food to many regions throughout Southeast Asia. JAMAH’s stingray skins are exceptionally soft and vibrant.
